Developing a storyline of place by documenting the veils of liminal and in-between spaces within the landscape of Aotearoa.

Proposed Project: Recording aerial & landbased footage of the roadways up to the borderlines of the 'public and conserved' Regional & National Parks of Aotearoa.
Creating a 'real-time' narrative of the landscape that is significant to my tribal ancestry throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.

Documenting 38 rivers under the Environmental Consent Application by the Waitaha Executive Grandmothers Council.

Māori women's voices in the landscape: an ongoing reference list.

Searching for a soundtrack: due to a lack of reference material regarding Māori women nature writers, photographers & filmmakers, I am making a list of found work. The voices of Māori women are heard most in the composition of waitata (song) this is my starting point.
